OK, all drivers are up to date now. If this does not help, please try:

Go to Settings -> Advanced -> change "Single connection" to "On" and see if that helps.

When did the problem first start? Can you give an example server where the problem occurs? Does it happen every single time you connect to that server?
Do you want IP? And yes, it happens every single time!

Server name and IP would be good, thanks.

Did the problem start with a specific update, or was this problem always occurring with this server?

I started playing GTA:SA again with MTA while 1.3, so then it started. It's on many servers, all drift/freeroam servers. Name and IP coming! ^^

wait, Let's see how good your Windows 7 is,

run the Windows Experience Index please.

Even if WEI was a half-passable measure of performance (it's not, for the record), it'd have nothing to do with this. It happens while downloading, meaning that it's most likely a network issue. Wanting to help is good, but if you have no idea what you're talking about, you should make that clear right at the outset. Updates and WEI are almost definitely completely irrelevant here.

Also OP; bear in mind that it might take more than one day to get a reply - please don't double post, it won't help anyone.

Do you experience any other problems with your internet connection? Slow transfers, high pings, instability?
