I could see you are using the Daemon program,

Are you using it for GTA?

if yes then, check your PM.

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Chipset driver

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

Please install Visual C++ 2008 SP1 runtimes and try again.

Also reinstall GTA:SA and MTA - you seem to be missing some GTA file.
