Problem with MTA

I had a problem with my new MTA 1.3 After an update. Before the update was started to be good I could play at servers then I wanted to go at CIT's Server. Its Required an update, so I download it. After I download it I click on the server then its started to have a Visual C++ error runtime I dont know how but its said GTA San Andreas wants to terminate in unusual way

Here's the screenshot of the error Please solve this problem as soon as it can. Here's the spec of the computer: Window 7 Starter(32bit) AMD with Radeon HD graphics 2.4GHz and 2 GB RAM

i Still had the same error appeared again. I don't know how but I know that GTA San Andreas running smoothly.

He should reinstall his MS Visual C++...

Oh Thank you very much before is saw this that the C++ was a 86BIT one but my one was 32Bit so i download the c++ 32bit and it works Thank You!
