I believe there are multiple topics here explaining it, but the main cause of this false-positive is in both the way MTA hooks memory, and the program that MTAClient.exe itself is packed in to prevent people from hacking it, which anti-virus programs flag as suspicious, since people do not normally make programs like this anymore.
