Help chat window

I want create a new chat window with bindkey just like when the player press L then he can chat in new window not main chat

and make it as languages chat window like ru,ar,es etc..

Take a look at community localchat resources.

@teteomar, you can use 'guied' resource to make the GUI window(s). Make that first and then make up a script and we'll help you if it doesn't work.
