That's designed with "guieditor" as far as I know.

As long as you know basic maths (dividing by two, adding, multiplication, subtracting, that's pretty much it), it's very easy to make a GUI from nothing but Notepad++. It's just a matter of trial and error.

uh i hate when people upload non-english resources, though, I don't like this one at all. There's too many gunsells peds resources out there and nothing seperates this one from the others, a part from the language, sorry.

Yeh, is Easy, and made by GUIEditor, in the version 1.2 I add 2 labels ' english' 'spanish'
