Computer freezes a little while playing

When I join a server the program kinda freezes when I first spawn...

after a little 5-15 seconds the screen unfreeze then it shows network problem and the text goes away,

it happens a few time then somehow turns back to running smooth.

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Chipset drivers

EDIT: for the Chipset drivers, I tried installing them and for some reason, it keeps telling me to uninstall the current ones I have when it finished restarting my computer

OK, the drivers (except chipset drivers) seemed to update fine. Ignore the chipset drivers.

It's strange that you have a debug version of d3d9.dll. Try installing the entire redistributable package here.

Run it, it will ask for a directory to extract the files. After extracting, run DXSETUP.exe and follow the instructions.

Delete C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3d9d.dll and provide another dxdiag log.

After deleting it, I ran the MTADiag.exe and it says that my "DirectX is not up-to-date", BTW here's the url: http://pastebin.com/UcdUxwjB
