Hi dudes!

Where can I find the configuration files to make a multi-language server?

When I press F1 I can see all the text in english only. I want to translate It to another language manually. How can I do It?

You're talking about freeroam? if so, then you'll have to edit the script itself to translate it.

I don't know if It's freeroam what I need; On the other hand I don't know what is the freeroam.

To be able to edit the server scripts, you must have access to them.

Oh, and editing the scripts on: "MTA San Andreas 1.3\mods\deathmatch\resources\" won't make any effect, as they're downloaded each time you join a server.

You can find it in your resources folder the name of the resource is freeroam you will need to edit the fr_client.lua file. This may be very complicating for you. If you have any problems just ask for help in the scripting section. Good luck.

if you are trying to make a resource(script) which you will be using on your own server, it's actually easy to do.

I've actually been working on a resource like this for some time, and I'll release it soon. You will be able to edit the content of F1 easy via .xml

If you are talking about re-doing the F1 menu (freeroam) it might be abit too advanced for you, and I would suggest learning scripting (https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Scr ... troduction)

And, like solidsnake said, editing downloaded scripts in your mta client folder, wont make any difference since you will be downloading the file again, and replacing the one you made.

I just read all the replies, and thanks ChaseOquinn, that was exactly what I was searching

And, It's not so hard. The notepad of windows can edit It simply.

Now I can translate to another language but, how can I able a language selector when anybody enters to my server?
