There is no program wich doesn't lag when recording because it needs to compress and some other things. The only thing you can do is buying a good pc ( what I need to do too :( ).

The best program is fraps as far I know.

But I recommend to put your resolution lower.

As DRk said, I am not sure your able to record.

I am using DDR2 4 gb RAM and a vid ati randeon 5770, 1080p resolution, E8400 cpu 3 ghz.

- ENB mod for loading more objects.

- High quality settings mta.

Will be as result 20/30 fps.

Recording program's are heavy, I can tell you that. But you can always try fraps. :D

Fraps has recording limits & if, you patch it atleast stay 15mn.Actually I advice you to use WeGame or Bandicam.

Let the game recorder help you. I do not record MTA. I use bandicam, with this I have successfully seperated my skype sound and my windows game sound. So i can talk to friends at the same time.

Bandicam has no limit and files are much less file size. Its good.

Well, I record on a high resolution with DXTory, which is awesome recording tool. I use bad graphic card with around 2GB of RAM. You should try it.
