Help: Flashing Desktop

After I start MTA sa the game/loading logo, the menu in game comes up and it starts flashing back and and forth between the

menu(game) and desktop(windows). please help.

Computer: Asus-g73jh.

Operating System: Windows 7 64-Bit

Grapichs card: Ati mobility Radeon Hd 5870.

Audio: Realtek HD Audio.

Processor: Intel Core I7 CPU.

Memory: 6144MB.

Directx Version: Directx 11.

For some reason the video lags but u can see those mini freezes happening frequently.

After, try again,

If it didn't work... Try setting your fps to low

Your usable memory to the middle or low.

Have you tried disabling HydraVision? Also try the latest patch of MTA:SA.
