Sirens and really slow swimming?

Hello, I seem o have two problems.

I can't use the police siren, doesn't matter how many times I honk it, which server, heck I've even re-formated my PC, tried with another GTA SA. Same goes for the unusual slow swimming, I swim really slow, even if I'm tapping and holding down space. Any suggestions?

Can you engage the siren in single player?

If I recall correctly, you must constantly tap space to swim faster.

I do constantly tap, I swim slower then others even if I don't and swim "normal", I'll try the sirens on single player and edit this post, if you want I can show a video of me swimming next to another player for you to compare, it's quite obvious.

What I find weird is that it's there even if I re-formate my whole windows, so it has to be something with my setup?

It could be. Please download and run MTADiag, follow the instructions, paste its generated log file at PasteBin, then link to that paste here.

Please install the following:

• Graphics driver
  
• Audio driver
  
• Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted)

Provide another MTADiag log after installing.

These symptoms are clearly related to your current FPS count. I have the same problems you described in the first post if there is more than ~60-70 FPS on the server I'm playing on.

The more FPS you got you will swim slower. It is an GTA bug.
