Connection Timed Out Error

This error has been haunting me for ages now, and is really starting to get my nerves. I have uninstalled MTA:SA, and Re-installed MTA:SA, i have forwarded the ports for the game, i have turned off my firewall, i have deleted the resources files from the deathmatch folder... etc. ive tried nearly everything, i cannot seem to fix this. Do you guys have a solution for this?

Might i ask why i am reinstalling Drivers, that i already have?

They are updates.

Does this issue happen on all servers? Does it time out after a specific period of time, or randomly? When exactly do you time out - when downloading maps, or playing?

It happens almost all the time, sometimes it lets me into certain servers. sometimes it doesn't.

What programs do you use with GTA?

Try closing any background programs that might use the internet or GTA.
