STABLE 1.3 LINUX VERSION IS HERE HERE -> http://linux.multitheftauto.com/ I think it isn't outdated... And yours don't have config files. It's why I said to download all packages from http://linux.multitheftauto.com/ I'm using this on my Linux server and it's updated.

The newest revision is r3867 for the 1.3 branch while linux.multitheftauto.com is r3756, so there are about about ~100 fixes and updates not preset at linux.multitheftauto.com! http://code.google.com/p/mtasa-blue/source/list Take a look at https://nightly.multitheftauto.com "1.3 - Current release version", this is ALWAYS the latest stable release. The binary files are different at nightly.multitheftauto.com(newer) and linux.multitheftauto.com(older) but both are using the same configs and resources.
