how to setup a lan server

Hi guys, i want to Run a Server just in lan. I changed ip in local.conf but if i start mtaserver.exe it Starts with the mtaserver.conf. and ig i change the ip in mtaserver.conf i get connection time out. How can i make the lan Server running?

In the mtaserver.conf there's a line which says:

<ase>1</ase> 

Read the description above these codes and you'll be find, unless there's a problem.

If so, then you might have put in the wrong IP.
