What the hell? I sometimes get errors, but non one of them say "Contact MTA at www.multitheftauto.com"

Probably you didn't setup the gtasa.exe folder, or you probably did but it's wrong, or you changed it.

Try to "Run as Administrator"

Problem solved (maybe, i reinstalled mta sa or gta sa)
