BitterAspect
Hey guys, whenever I play MTA, V-Sync is automatically turned on. You're able to disable it in the Single Player options, but not when playing MTA. Any way to overcome this? Link to comment
0 MTA Team ccw Posted January 2, 2012 MTA Team Share Posted January 2, 2012 VSync is automatically turned off by MTA (or it should be). What makes you think it is turned on? Link to comment
0 Faw[Ful]
ON = Low fps but ¸it have an advantage , dont remember it, but its better to have it on off on this game (on VC we have alot of glitch lol) OFF = You can have more than 100 fps , its hard to explain its like if you have a good PC ; this leaves your pc smash the fps of the game by giving all his power. On MTA 1.0.5 the v-Sync seems to be OFF my fps is 100 on a 100 fps server (well not alway 100, but its better than MTA 1.1) On MTA 1.1 the v-Sync seems to be ON my fps is 60 on a 100 fps server I d'ont try MTA 1.2 my bad ! But too high fps = -faster players -slow down of swim speed -slow down of boat falling (in falling boats maps like the dinghy fall maps) - ... (there is a discussion on this on the bug tracker) Someone have take a look at the fps on the MTA 1.2 ? Link to comment
0 diegofkda
Probably, you say that because 1.0 series didn't have a 60 FPS limiter in the main menu, also because FPS have been being low when 1.1 had released, but the main menu limiter hasn't anything to do while you are playing in a server. V-Sync doesn't exist in MTA. Link to comment
