interface problems

i have a problem i have the v1.1.1 and i can start the launcher but when normaly is the interface with quic connect and other options they dont appear, but they are, because if i click with the mouse y affourtunately i can press quick connect or another optio nplease help me,

i can only see and click the news but the other option i can click but no see

• Install the latest patch of MTA:SA
  
• Install the latest DirectX runtimes

now i cant start mta it say´s: network module not compatible

Reinstall MTA and then install the patch again.

i download data files and now it appears:

You uninstalled only some files. Try to delete everything in MTA folder or just delete folder and install new MTA again.(that Towncivilian gave)
