You can ban them even if they are not on the server by typing /whowas playername and then you just ban their IP or serial by adding ban in Admin panel.

You are not able to cancel quitting, it wouldn't have any idea anyways.

Maybe they quit so fast because your server probably sucks, didn't you even wonder that's the reason ?

Ok I dont want that. I WANT PLAYERS TO NOT QUIT MY SERVER so i want remove quitting.Players join and quit so quick so i want it.,If you dont know dont reply.Only good replies .If this is not going to work then maybe other way

let's assume MTA does make a way so you can remove quitting (most idiot idea). So what? If they wanna quit so badly, they'll end the process with ctrl+alt+del or reboot the computer

Then we also need events onPlayerTryToRebootComputer and onPlayerTryToWalkAwayFromComputer and some magical way to cancel them

As what I already said: You are not able to cancel quit event.

Try to understand that!
