handling bug

Hi i am trying to increase the height of the suspension on the dune but when i set the suspension lower limit to -, 2, 3, 4 or even 5 nothing happens i dont have to give any script since handling editor cant do it either so anyone knows if this is a bug or do i have to edit something else on the dune ?

no certain handlings are special like the monster truck various things have to be changed to get little change in hight
