I'm faster than other players

On racing server (version 1.1) I am faster than other players. For example on 820 meters long drag I have best time of 0:16:255. Other players have worse time nearly a second. On start I have "greater acceleration," it looks like that i modified acceleration in handling.cfg.

Server FPS limit is 44 but i have 46-48, other players have 44-46 (although they have a better PC).

I never use cheats etc. I tried to reinstall GTA and MTA but problems persists.

I have CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 (2,67GHz), GPU Asus ENGTS450 TOP 1GB (925MHz on core) and only 2 GB RAM. My system is Windows 7 64bit. This problem i have only on MTA 1.1...

I noticed this starting in 1.1 too. It seems that low framerate has a much bigger impact than it did in 1.0. Also, you're able to go much faster with the NRG-500 speed glitch now.

I have seen this since 1.0.4 ... my friend had the same fps (max fps) as many others and were still driving faster than everyone else. Some people drive faster than others, even thought they dont use cheats or modified files of any kind.

Latest DirectX runtimes have nothing to do with your DirectX version, if you have DirectX 1 or DirectX 2020, doesn't matter, just try it and let us know if that fixes the problem.

GTA is one of THOSE games.

If the framelimiter is on, GTA relies fully on the framelimiter to calculate physics (like acceleration).

In fact it sometimes even does when the framelimiter is off...

That means more FPS tend to accelerate faster.

gta is such poorly desgined

good on low fps:

cycling sprint, boats, swim, run, speedtapping, planes(not sure about this 1)

good on high fps:

car acceleration

also high fps gives just ridiculous flashing of hp bar/wanted stars, and silly look of car shaking
