But the problem is, if it didn't get updated.

use the guieditor resource its the best for beginners and still can be used for people who aleready know LUA

I'm really suggesting an official GUI creator/editor, because, QT and guieditor can stop somewhere outdated and author's not updating it.

But if it's like the map editor, MTA team will update it.
