Server 1.1 Can't find resources

When I finished downloading and unpacking the resource .zip file I put the resource as listed in the Directory layout readme file...

but When the server starts this is what it says:

Delete the server files and update them, that's the problem.

You must DELETE the server files (reinstalling it without deleting won't make any effect) and install your server again.

I uninstalled the whole thing and deleted the resource, but the problem still continues...

The contents of the archive should be placed inside your MTA San Andreas\server\mods\deathmatch\resources directory. You will need to create a resources directory if you do not already have one.

And inside the resources extract the resources.

After uninstalling everything, I tried creating the resource folder but the error still continues...

I'm thinking if it's a bug.

It's not, you should create a directory with the name "resources" and put the resources in it.
