Server 1.1 Can't find resources

When I finished downloading and unpacking the resource .zip file I put the resource as listed in the Directory layout readme file...

but When the server starts this is what it says:

[2011-08-05 14:27:37] ERROR: Couldn't find resource admin. Check it exists.

[2011-08-05 14:27:37] ERROR: Couldn't find resource helpmanager. Check it exists.

[2011-08-05 14:27:37] ERROR: Couldn't find resource joinquit. Check it exists.

[2011-08-05 14:27:37] ERROR: Couldn't find resource defaultstats. Check it exists.

[2011-08-05 14:27:37] ERROR: Couldn't find resource mapcycler. Check it exists.

[2011-08-05 14:27:37] ERROR: Couldn't find resource mapmanager. Check it exists.

[2011-08-05 14:27:37] ERROR: Couldn't find resource parachute. Check it exists.

[2011-08-05 14:27:37] ERROR: Couldn't find resource resourcebrowser. Check it exists.

[2011-08-05 14:27:37] ERROR: Couldn't find resource resourcemanager. Check it exists.

Delete the server files and update them, that's the problem.

You must DELETE the server files (reinstalling it without deleting won't make any effect) and install your server again.

The contents of the archive should be placed inside your MTA San Andreas\server\mods\deathmatch\resources directory. You will need to create a resources directory if you do not already have one.

And inside the resources extract the resources.
