u can but u cant or u can but for no playing on multiplayer!

u cant edit the handling.cfg for playing MTA

yeah i konw u can put them into the game but i ment do they work in the multiplayer aswell

Do NOT add any vehicles, or edit any vehicles in mta, this is a breach of the licence agreement and therefore illegal. It is also CHEATING, and will destablise and desync both yours and the other players mtavc.
