Deltanic
Well, I can't create an OpenID with the option "An existing account on this wiki", when using my google account. After I pressed Log In, I get the warning: All users need a nickname; you can choose one from the options below. That seems to be a bug? Link to comment
MTA Team Blokker_1999 Posted November 5, 2010 Author MTA Team Share Posted November 5, 2010 i beleive that was the case ever since they added the openid system to the wiki. But i'll look into it. Link to comment
x86
Isn't it better to downgrade the wiki version ? * To work with community accounts agian. * So we can see "Server only/ Client Only" in the title bar. Link to comment
MTA Team Blokker_1999 Posted November 6, 2010 Author MTA Team Share Posted November 6, 2010 That would only be possible if someone has the files from before the upgrade. From what I understand the wiki is heavilly modded and it would not be easy to simply downgrade by replacing some files. I am always willing to manually link your openid account to your old wiki account. Link to comment

I would recommend getting someone that knows PHP and MySQL well, (assuming it's not you ), and having them go through the mods, reinstall the Wiki clean and bring back the pages, and then install the latest versions of those mods so that any unneeded files and mods are removed. For any that are not compatible, have them go through and edit them to work correctly, or find an alternative that works correctly and fits in the system you are using. Link to comment
