Good morning, MTA society. I'm totally green in the script, and I want to make a script called "Computer". Can someone help me with this? Sorry my bad english ,but I from Poland ;p

1. What is your script related to? You didn't give any idea of that.

2. If you want scripters, you should offer something. Otherwise, you will have to learn LUA and script by yourself.

eh My point is that the computer would do the gui but with the picture. And I know a little bit of lua but I have no idea how to go about it. And if you point is that I have some pictures to show the example for how you want it in my opinion? Bad English = Im from Poland...

you can't expect from others to make scripts for you if you dont offer anythng. whatever, LUA is easy to learn. The way i learnd it is to read other scripts, but for gui use QTtoLua or GUIeditor

To Varez: What I mean is that as it enters the marker so it jumps you to monitor icon and there you have a Web and e-mail.

Creating fake (ingame) email system would be just a bit hard, but webpages will be quite difficult.

We can't give you ADVICE if you don't know nothing.

You won't understand me when i'll say: prepare an xml with markers positions, load them through lua, create them, add onMarkerHit handlers, create and show gui, create and trigger some events, save something in database and some temp info on element data. etc etc.

Learn basics. Then come back.

My personal estimated time for you to finish script is around 2 weeks - 1 month. Depending how fast you are learning and how much you really WANT to learn.

Its very obvious he is desperate for his script.

Let me tell you this: if i walk to the bank, and i ask them for 1 million dollars, they wouldn't give it to me, same works for scripts, altough they are not as valuable as 1 million dollars.

ok, i've already made the e-mail system using sqlite to store their mail address and password (in md5 to don't let admins check their passwords) now if someone could give me a little info about something else, i'm starting to create a kind of browser.

Seriously off topic of me to be posting this, but that's freaking harsh. Where I live in Michigan is heavily Polish and Irish among many other immigrants; and even though it's barely 10 minutes north of Downtown Detroit, most people still cut their lawn, take car of their homes, graduate High School and make sure their kids do the same, work hard and keep their jobs in one of the worst economies in the nation, act kind to their neighbors, donate to the poor, go to church/temple (because it is also the center of a significant Jewish population as well), and stay away from crime.

And this city 80 years ago was the dumping ground for all of the greedy white trash from Kentucky that built shacks along our streets, bathed in the swamp, and worked in the piggery for a couple dollars a day. There was very little running water, the township didn't give a crap, and people were killed almost once a week by negligent drivers. In a town of 14,000; there were only three sheriffs deputies and quite a bit of violence. Until the "lazy Poles" came to our city after the war, kicked them out, drained the swamp, and made it a nice community over the course of 30 long, difficult years.

Along with their friends, the "drunk Irish", the "guido Italians" (and infact, the local Italian mafia was even involved in cleaning up the city) and the "penny-pinching Jews". This is why racism is ridiculous, and so are the comments that you made.

Poles outside Poland are a bit different ppl, rly. Acutally - I'm from Poland. I just know ppl from my country - as I see them every single day. And much Poles will confirm that *most* (not all) Poles are acting like that. BUT also i was rather reffering to scripting thing, than general living, working etc. It's not a rascism, lol
