[REL][GM] BaseMode 1.0

Hi, today is a significant day for the develepmonet of BaseMode 1.0 version. However, it will not be the final version, I will be releasing new versions systematically with new solutions, updates and fixes.

*For change main lobby spawns edit file "BaseMode\others\waiting_room.lua"

* For proper work you need update votemanager to version 1.1.0, on community last version is 1.0.5 ;x, so you can update form this link(votemenager is included in this zip): mtasa-resources-r643.zip

In addition to this I release anti-fastfire "fastfire" script, because some people have asked me about it.

This script allows you to use c-bug but at the same time it will be blocking fastfire, you will not be able to shoot faster than the normal way of shooting.

* For proper work is recommended update server/client to 2035, form here: https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/

Hey Jerry! You can still put avatars, but with limited resolution. I'll be visiting -RoCk- server soon. And no, this Basemode is NOT final yet, you'll see more features on their next release.

Btw Rhbk, will you have a plan of putting this resource on the community? You said you won't put it in community unless you finished 1.0

is it showing any error? what does it mean "fail to load" - tell everything you can.
