I NEED HELP WITH THE SERVER LOGON

I resently downloaded MTA:VC and i have a problem

when i loadd the server browser i keep getting a blank list

wut should i do i read the MANUAL i downloaded the WIN32 server and it doesn't work

it says i have to GET A PASSWORD AND AN ACCOUNT (USERNAME)

WUT SHOULDI @#$%ING DO IM IRRITATED AND I DON"T UNDERSTAND A WORK IN MANUAL

PS I DOWNLOADED the all seeing eye BUT IT ONLY SUPPORTS MTA:GTA3

To see servers and to play over the internet you need a program called ASE (all seeing eye) you can download this program from http://www.udpsoft.com/eye/download/newer/EyeInstaller.exe. It is free and easy to set up. If you need any more help I will be there. Just ask!

make sure you download the latest filters and then you should be able to add Multi Theft Auto, if you don't see it right click in the list with games and click on configure games, then search for Multi Theft Auto in the uninstalled games list. Check the box "Visible in filter list" and set the program location to your MTA client

This is what you should do to start playing over the internet. THis is a detailed step by step guide.

1. Make sure you have a clean install of vice city, no mods or anything

2. Download MTA:VC and install it, during installation you need to specify you vice city location, do so.

3. Download the all seeing eye from http://www.udpsoft.com/eye/download/newer/EyeInstaller.exe

4. Install it and just do as it asks, you will not need to register or anything you will just have to enter some connection details.

5. After your done there might be some updates that will be installed, just say you want to download them and install them as well.

6. In the list on the left, it should say on top somewhere Multi Theft Auto. Right click it and select refresh. Now wait a while, this can take up to 30 seconds or even more if you have a slow connection.

7. You should have gotten a list on the right. Look for american or english flags as they will chat in english, or if you live in another country find a flag for that country. Also check the players list to make sure there are some players in that server and to make sure it is not full!

8. Double Click on the server you want to play in. Wait a while, and mta client should be launched automatically. It should also say connected. If it says connected you can just launch Vice City and select New Game.

IM NOT CURRENTLY PLAYING MTA:VC BUT UR ADCISE IS HELPFULL CUASE I WILL START PLAYING IT AS SOON AS I FINISH ENTER THE MATRIX ON PC ON THE HARDEST DIFFICULTY(CURRENTY PASSED FOR GHOST AND STARTED AS NIOBY) (BY THE WAY NIOBY IS A CHEAP RIPP OFF OF TRINITY[WHO LOOKS HELLA HOT])
