create a own Channel in the MTA Irc

Can i create a own channel in the mta irc ? If yes , how ?

Is ChanServ a Bot who make it automatical ? And for what need i the password ?

Yes, ChanServ is a network service (aka a bot), and for your password, it can be anything, just make sure only you know the password (it's not required to join the channel, just to validate your ownership).

Okay also now the channel exist when im not there too ?

Then happenz nothing i hear only "bing bing bing " ...

An other problem, when i want to register then come this Text : "You must have been using this nick for at least 60 secounds to register." and then my nick will changed to GuestXXXX

The "bing bing bing" will be your connection console (don't know it's precise name), if you click the tab that says "GTANet" or "irc.gtanet.com", or anything similiar, it will display the information there.

As the error says, you must have been using the same nick for at least 60 seconds before registering. And your nick shouldn't change to GuestXXX, otherwise your client is screwed up.
