Disable /register, /login, /logout

Hi Guys,

i want know, how i can disable the /register, /login and /logout Command...

I added this in the acl.xml but that hadnt a effect :

<right name="command.login" access="false"/>
     <right name="command.logout" access="false"/>
     <right name="command.register" access="false"/>

(under Default)

And i have an other question, too.

Where are the Accounts saved? I didnt find the accounts in the accouts.xml. I deleted it and can login with my old accounts ...

on 1.0.4 accounts are moved to internal.db file (its not a xml anymore)

Which program need i to open .db ?
