Internet/PC Issues-Help Me?

Well recently ive tried to go to my site sometimes after connecting to the internet, and itll say cannot find server. now the ftp dont work.

it does this to me 50% the time, and i have to wait like 30mins before it starts working

i know ur first though, mayb sites down, but it works for everyone else, im the only one who cant get in

i saw some forum that said server might chg ip in dns, to delete

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ECT\hosts

which holds ip for dns entrys, but its not even listed in there!!

anyone help me?
