If you manage to make an MTA server take as much as 1GB, I will personally award you a medal... My local testing server (with a bunch of resources) takes about 30-40MB at the moment. Admittedly there are very few "heavy" resources in here (custom models, car mods, maps and so on will use much more space than normal script resources with one or two data files) and the DB is virtually non-existent. However, even only 1GB is likely to take you a looong looong way even with a considerable amount of players and database storage.

I think you're pretty much in the clear.

Scripting help "etiquette": understandable language, relevant code (ALL code if unsure), [Lua] tags, error messages with line numbers. Super simple stuff.

I'm not really too clear on the other requirements. CPU, bandwidth and memory consumption depend on too many different factors and variables to be able to give a good estimate - number of players, running resources, database interaction, the way running resources are scripted, what the players are doing, etc.

i see, so do u think these will do fine for now:

The PC specs are fine, I don't know about the bandwidth. Try? :P

about bandwidth:

one player on the server is consuming 5-10 KB/s

they need to download your resources, and every connect download maps.

do simple math now :)
