If I use setPedFrozen to unfreeze that NPC on some client side script, that Ped will be unfreezed just for that player on which client side I unfreezed that NPC ? And also: It's impossible to set animation on ped while it's freezed ? Link to comment
robhol Posted May 2, 2010 Share Posted May 2, 2010 I will openly admit to not being too sure about this, but I think "frozen" is a state that's synced between server or client. Otherwise there'd be sync problems since you could "freeze" someone in mid-air client-side and other clients would see him falling... I also don't think frozen has any effect on animations. dzek (varez) Posted May 2, 2010 Share Posted May 2, 2010 if you will freeze ped just for one player, others will be seeing it as it is for ped syncer.., and that one guy you change it for, will be see that ped "jumping" etc.. becouse game will try to sync it, and froze at the same time .... someting like that but i dont understand why you want to do it..
