every time i ban someone and restart server my banlist is clean ( it doesnt save bans)

How do you restart your Server ?

With the console 'shutdown' Command or with closing the Cmd.exe ?

but i tried shutdown and same problem

i alwats do /shutdown and i got it too

i reinstalled server but didnt work

Delete or rename banlist.xml, then start the server, add a ban and /shutdown the server.

Is a new banlist.xml file created?

What version of MTA are you using?

Have installed MTA somewhere other than c:\Program Files ?
