MTA wont open

When i try to open MTA it all looks normal.Little box with "Stop playing with your self comes and goes but no MTA just desktop and desktop settings temp. changed to default.

I tried Run as administrator and DEP.

how do you get into mta and i'm using the server not the client???

Anyway, on a serious note, try updating your DirectX Runtimes if you haven't already. Does GTASA work properly in single player?
