Why are some resources private on the downloadpage??

Answer: at some point someone thought it might be a good idea to lock it. So they locked it.

I understand hes question at some point, since the community page was to share things with the community, keeping it private dont makes much cense, for that you could just host on rapidshare or other host company and give it to the people who you want. ( THIS IS JUST MY POINT! )
