Could anyone tell me if its possible to use the MTA mod to play co-op campaign?

but an alternative would be the the mta mini missions server, there you can play missions with/against your friends ... might be even more fun than playing the boring singeplayer missions.

You could rather easily script a typical "coop campaign" kind of gamemode, but if you want to simulate the original game with multiplayer, you'll need to rescript all the missions... I think you're gonna be in for a lot of work.

Like satan sugested, you can play on MM ( Mini-Missions ) server, you will be able to find Single player missions on there ( not all, just only the best ones, such as "Robbing Uncle Sam","Dam And Blast" etc ) and some custom missions done by us.

You also find that we use single player features such as: Single Player black info box, and Gta Style fonts.
