Need some help with some map...

Well hi

I have downloaded a map pack from one topic that i dont remember the topic name etc about.

But anyhow lets get to the point of this

I got this pack with around 7000 maps etc, they all work fine but the problem lays in the name on each map, they are named like this

5000.map or rts22344.map So i dont got the real name of the map because of the old maker of this archive of maps didnt name them or that they got renamed as he made a rar with the map so my question here is if there is anyway to get the original map name, beside trying to find the author of each map etc

Unfortunately there is no way, you could open each map in notepad and check for info but very few maps contain hints about their name in the description. I contacted the guy who was hosting the site but sadly he has no backups.

If you know some server owner who has downloaded all the maps using the RSS feed during the time they were available (like me, but thing is I deleted them) and ask them to upload them somewhere, I'm sure you'd make lots of people happy .
