Launcher will not open?

I downloaded all the files to the client, But when I click it, the little box comes up and goes away, but nothing happens.

Ive downloaded GTA:SA already, and Im running Vista.

Its nun of those problems. And the GTA game works well itself.

Its jus the MTA launcher comes up and goes away. then nothing happens.

Ive been looking for the tab, But I dont see it under properties. whats the program name?

i kinda got same problem, but in my case after clicking the .exe like 6 or 7 times it works ...maybe you should try that too (if you haven't already)

ps. i already changed compatibility but it havent fixed the problem

you might also try to ctrl doubleclick the mta shortcut and select your grad theft auto folder again. in your case satan i have absolutely no idea.
