Help with script

My name is Sara and I play at XIII servers at MTA. We have 2 popular servers but we need a

better script so I wonder if any of you would like to help us make one.

I was talking to them today and I remember them mentioning a stats script and a registration script.. but I'm not sure if that's all they need

No, we won't. We can help you if you run into problems creating them, but as I have stressed tens of times, this is not actually a place to ask for -scripts-. That's what the resource search in community.multitheftauto.com is for.

Well, we want a complete script with login, stats, cash, afk-kick... and a combined ban list.

And robhol, maybe you dont have time but maybe someone else does!

Whatever script someone will make for you for free is likely to be something you wouldn't WANT to use.

Learn scripting, trust me.

I don't think you realize what kind of work goes into this, it's a large script and I don't think you know what you're talking about. Begin with Lua,then you can move onto MTA scripting. Tutorials are on the wiki and this subforum.

And why call a topic "help with script" when what you write inside the topic basically says "make this script for me kthx"? As I said, actual help with scripts is why this section of the forum is here, but someone writing a script for you this large for free is just not gonna happen.

scripting but dont know enough, so then maybe they could help each other out.

And I opened a simple topic with one question, if you dont have anything to contribute, then you

are not forced to reply. Dont assume I dont know anything about scripting, you dont know me and

I dont know you.

Yes. A simple topic. Too simple, which is basically my point. Those are all things you should have opened with and written down in the main topic. And even that's too little info. If you were willing to pay, you would have opened with that or at least mentioned it, instead of going "Yeah, well, what if I am!111!!11" when someone commented it. Mentioning how much you'd be willing to pay would also help a lot, but there is a shortage of scripters even if you offer payment.

Also it looks to me like you are still basically requesting a script, where do these other clan members come in? If you just said what you want (do you want the script or advice while making one?) and what you'd be willing to offer in exchange, this thread would at least have a faint chance of getting you the result you wanted, and we wouldn't have this discussion..

Or just outlaw them completely, as the chance of getting one's way even with payment is practically non-existant for major scripts.. and it's a little annoying to be constantly explaining the same thing.
