help mta wont load anymore

hi all i recently updated my mta to the new version and since doing so i cant get on any servers it keeps saying the san andreas files have been modified, now i did add a couple of mods to the game but i have since uninstalled and reinstalled san andreas (original disc) downgraded it to enable use of mta and still get the same message helppppp
