how to controlling the resources with a race map file ?

Hi all ! Im working on a race local server and I dont know all of the config in the xml in the race map folder, I know I can start resource in the server.conf , but I want to start and stop a resource automaticly, I want when a specifique race map is start in the server, I want start a specifique resource automaticly at the same time and when the race is finish , the ressource stop. I try something , but when the specifique resource start , the race resouce stop, I dont know why, my XMl look like that :

The specifique resource is : map-rainbowroad

for the trouble with race, please be more specific what's happening. are you running the latest version? what stops?
