Help with managing server

Hi. I need help with managing my custom server (race) in new MTA 1.X. Just wanted to do a little user's customize, but dunno how to:

> disable voting nextmap list (need fully random chose). J've deleted votemanager and mamcycler resources from config file, but nothing happens

> turn off bluring effect completely

> set up nitro using to KERS mode

> have an ability to delete cheated toptimes and i J'd like to ask where is the resource when i can change the number of displayed toptimes in the F5 console?

> add speedometer, nitrometer etc.?

> add custom functions (already exists) to F9 console view?

> where can i access cps' events to display for example current record's gap while takeing a cp?

Please give some help hints if You can.

P.S.

Could anybody do good working anticheat and post it to the forum. It's annoying how many cheaters appears on servers now

the most features you're requesting are already done, nitro is even included in the resources package, for the times check race_delay-indicator on the resources center, deleting cheater toptimes has been discussed in another topic a day ago, blur can already be toggled by command, speedometers are already on the community center too

but i can't really find the console command for disable this motion blur, what is it??

You can disable blur from the admin panel in the server settings tab.

J have few questions yet

How to modify Toptimes table to add 'date' field from database to the display (F5) list? By the way, which mod is responsible for displaying this 2 stripes of speed and health in left-upper corner of the screen? J just wanna off it.

Secondary, J cannot display 'fpsscore' and 'race_splittimes' mods on the screen. Don't know how to configure it properly, but it appear in the resource list in admin panel and it also have running status. Something is wrong, maybe with xml files, but don't know what.
