Hi, i need some experienced people help, please!

hi, i just want to know everything i need to play MTA, cause i really want to....but first if i wanna get the wanted answer i must give the correct facts.(IF YOU WANNA KNOW IM ON WINDOWS XP NOT VISTA)

Firts of all i downloaded tthe following version of MTA death match: mtasadm_v1.0-dp2 and was fine at the first steps of setup but when it asked my abuot my account...first i selected "i already have and account " but then an error message appaeared saying that an error occured trying to verify my account.

i said "its ok" then i selected create an acccount but another error ocurred, this time i never recieved my account confirmation, i tried to create one up to 4 times! and the same error.

Moving...so i failed 2 options. Then i selected the third option "i dont want to create an account", and i installed it finally, but guess what? another ERROR ocurred saying INVALID SERIAL NUMBER PLEASE REINSTALL MTA!!!!

F***!!!

the i installed the version that its in the dowload page(the most recent i think) and everythin' installed correctly, and i was going to play but... when i connect to a server MTA crashed ONCE an again...an again... an again

Then here where i need your help,plus i have the following mods:

-New great effects mod 1.3(you CANT say me this is the problem cause i watched on youtube someone playing with this mod)

-New weapon textures

-New Extraodinary Weapon Sound mod

Well about your first problem you probably were using an outdated install which was probably DP2.1, however you don't need to create an account in DP2.3 so I'd suggest to you to use that.

About your second problem please mention which version of MTA you were using.

Well, about what you are asking the version im using of MTA is: mtasadm_v1.0-dp2.3 (1.0 dp2.3)

oh, and i you wanna know where it crash, its where it says "doble clic on the map to spawn"on the big map image....instantly it crashes.

If you have other mods installed, expect MTA to act strangely. Try with a clean install of San Andreas. Also, the crash might be caused of the sloppy coding of a server you joined. (dp2.3 wasn't totally bugless and especially borked clientside scripts CAN crash your MTA)
