Hey, everytime if I startup my server is get this: "Could not parse 'settings.xml' file (). Starting with an empty settings registry."

What does that means?

Yeah i want to get rid of the dipsticks arround here. Only it can't. Jeez just nevermind it oke. That is not important. I have an error in my server that he cant parse the ban list. Btw. whats your ip maybe i can add you to that ban list, and then the error is gone.
