Guest Posted August 2, 2003 Posted August 2, 2003 Hi! i jsut installed GTA VC and my screen is flickering all these letters and its hard to play. Can anybody tell me how to fix this?

me Posted August 2, 2003 Posted August 2, 2003 yup... I think MTA:VC was made for 1.1 actually... (though it'll run on 1.0) Remember to make sure that frame limiter is on... R* really messed that option up... turning it off screws everything to pieces. Oh, and what's your video card?

xerox Posted August 3, 2003 Posted August 3, 2003 v1.1 of gta:VC ONLY contains a bug-fix for ge-force FX card users. That is all. R* suggest you do not install the patch unless you have this problem. I believe it works with both versions.
Guest Posted August 3, 2003 Posted August 3, 2003 Yes the thing on the GTA forums is exactly like wut is happening to me. The flickering is on the start and in the game. I cant read any text and its annoying. If any of you guys know how to fix this, ill be truly great full.
