[help] glue script in mta:sa dm

i downloaded the glue script from the resources in the site

i inatalled it and tried to check this script on my server and i dont know why its not working

i even tried to change the bind key

and its not working

plz help me

1.how to make my self a admin

2.how to activate the admin panel

From the console, it should be, and are you sure you put it in the right folder?
