Guest Posted February 6, 2008 Posted February 6, 2008 can we add shooting from heli and heli ropes like in single player when you get 3 stars the swat starts shooting at you with an m4 and can we also add the ropes?
Hoss212 Posted February 6, 2008 Posted February 6, 2008 Don't know about ropes because that's a totally different thing that's involved, if you DID use a rope to rapel down from the heli in sp mode then you could be able to, but only PED's (or cops) do it in single player, however this can be already scripted and done. As far as shooting from the heli it's 100% possible. The mission where you ride with Wuzi's friend in a helicopter to go to that ship and blah blah blah... Could be a good addition to the game though. But these things can already be scripted.

Yea I think the last method is the only way.. It wouldn't look as good though, seeing bullets coming out of a closed door.
darkdreamingdan Posted February 20, 2008 Posted February 20, 2008 SIngle player just glues the player to the vehicle as well, and uses some sort of 1st person SCM function that MTA doesnt have access to. You don't actually "driveby" as such.
