Synced head movements

In SA:MP, players heads look at the direction the player is looking at. I think this would be very cool in DM. Or is this already scriptable?

Nah keep it as it is.. That way it's more Hitman-like

I dont think this is anything worth doing, its not very impressive and doesnt have that much gain.
