Hoss212 Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 Okay so I have these ports forwarded... 22004, 22005, 12127... Well when I and anyone else joins the server, it will say "Downloading Resources" or w/e... Then about after 5 seconds or so this comes up... Error downloading requested files (download error #0-28) It happens on ANY game mode so it has to be something wrong with the download server or I'm not connecting it right. Anyone know whats wrong? I have been trying to fix this for ages now.... it's getting really annoying. There is no force on earth more powerful than the will to live.

Here's the relevant section of my mtaserver.conf: <serverport>22004</serverport> <maxplayers>8</maxplayers> <httpserver>1</httpserver> <httpport>22005</httpport> <httpdownload>0</httpdownload> <httpdownloadurl></httpdownloadurl> Is this how yours looks?
Guest Posted January 7, 2008 Posted January 7, 2008 hmm, shame, I did the same and it didn't fix it ffor me. Oh well. Edit: my problem turned out to be forwarding UDP for HTTP instead of TCP, in case it helps someone else
