add a posibility of edit a weapon.dat in lua for add 2 m4 more speed, etc...

if you watch all MTA videos you may notice that they for instance made the m4 shoot with a rocket launcher explosion, just with m4 speed, so i guess there are many things possible already. taking 2 m4s should be possible too, i think, but at least the animation will suck

I think I heard somewhere that the weapons and handling cannot be modified, and is a feature for future releases..
